Our cooperation brand

Backshop Tiefkühl GmbH and the well-known bread revolutionary Jochen Gaues are intensifying their collaboration with their own cooperation brand: "Backshop powered by Jochen". The master baker's breads can be recognised by their characteristic browning, crispy crust and coarse pores, while the taste and aroma guarantee an exceptional product experience.

It is not for nothing that he has already been the "Baker to the Federal President" in his career and also supplied the national football team with his bread in 2006. The quality and Jochen's passion for the products are the reason why Backshop Tiefkühl GmbH has been a reliable and trustworthy partner at his side for now four years. Together we want to take our collaboration to the next level with the cooperation brand "Backshop powered by Jochen".

"Backshop powered by Jochen" offers you a wide range of products containing no additives and that epitomise the typical Jochen quality. His passion for baking is reflected in his characteristic product experience: loud and crusty!

17 Backshop employees were deployed in the boxes for a total of 44 of the 51 European Championship matches!

Almost 10,000 kg of bread, which corresponds to around 60 pallets, was baked, prepared and eaten with great pleasure by the guests in the boxes!
