We present "Backshop powered by Jochen" at PLMA 2024
We will once again be exhibiting at the PLMA "World of Private Label" trade fair in Amsterdam this year in Hall 6, Stand B13. From 28 to 29 May we will be delighted to highlight our new brand "Backshop powered by Jochen". This line represents the culmination of a four-year collaboration with Jochen Gaues and is the flagship of our premium segment. The products epitomise creativity and authenticity. Highlights include the particularly toasty ciabatta and the popular Sylt bread, which exemplify the typical Jochen quality of the range.
As a trade fair, PLMA is an important meeting place for decision-makers and international markets. It is highly regarded in Europe, but also attracts decision-makers from overseas markets. "For us, PLMA is a key event for deepening relationships with our partners and expanding our network. "Here we meet an audience that recognises and appreciates the value of high-quality and sustainably produced baked goods," says Christian Sommer, Head of Purchasing and Sales. "It's the ideal platform for the premiere of our new Backshop-powered-by-Jochen brand."
A preview of a current project will also be presented at the trade fair. This project is characterised by the high quality of the products and the sustainability of the packaging. The latter will be presented in two variants, primarily for the retail trade. The focus is on 100% recyclability paired with a high-quality look and feel. "The objective is not only to offer consumers exceptional flavour experiences, but also to provide maximum transparency and sustainability," explains Markus Stalla, Purchasing Manager at Backshop. "Our objective is to establish a connection between exquisite flavour and responsible consumption. The 'World of Private Label' is an ideal platform to share this vision with an international audience of experts."
We cordially invite all visitors to learn more about "Backshop powered by Jochen" and the company's future projects at stand B13 in hall 6. Explore the breadth of the product range and discover how your individual requirements can be met.
